I got a chance to talk to Andrea Romano at Comic Con. She is one of the unsung heroes of animation. She’s worked on countless contemporary classics: from “Jonny Quest” to the “Snorks” to “The Jetsons Meet the Flintstones” to “Duck Tales” to “Tiny Toon Adventures” to the “Batman Animated Series” to “Avatar the Last Airbender…” Phew.
The list goes on and on. Romano also worked with Mako who voiced Uncle Iroh on Avatar. His passing was a sad moment, and it felt good to speak with someone who was with him before his untimely passing.

I’m back. It was fun, but extremely exhausting. Carrying around a laptop and camera equipment all day just takes too much energy.
This is a warning for future Comic Con goers. Stay off of the exhibition hall floor. There were over 120,000 people in attendance and it was like walking through Times Square. Now I do that walk nearly everyday, but that doesn’t mean I like it.
Way too much bumping a ‘gwaan.

I got a chance to spend my morning with Kiefer Sutherland of “24″ and “Young Guns,” this Friday. Between Kiefer playing Doc in “Young Guns” and Jack Bauer in “24″ he can do no wrong in my book.

Ok, the Watchmen trailer looks Hot! I just don’t know how it will translate into a full movie. The comic is written so excellently in a disjointed manner, that I’m afraid a feature will ruin it.
Please everyone read the graphic novel first.
