What is it about Hard Dough Bread that’s so damn good?

I mean the name sure doesn’t sound tasty, like say focaccia.

Think about it. If somebody says, “Would you like to try some focaccia?”

You will probably reply, “Heck, yeah I’ll try some focaccia. Sounds like a delicacy.”

But, Hard Dough? Which Jamaican came up with that? Why not, call it something like “Soft Good Bread That You Can Put a Beef Patty On?”

Heck, yea I’ll have a slice of some “Soft Good Bread That You Can Put a Beef Patty On” … Actually, make it two.
